4 AXIAL DAMPING TESTER By applying load on four major spots of the mattress, 4 Axial Damping Tester examines the tilt and durability of mattresses.
The pleats and changes of elasticity, and the pressure and tilt on the inner contents are tested providing basis for developing a mattress with uniform elasticity.

DUTABILITY TESTER Durability Tests are conducted evaluate the timing of comfort provided by the beds. Ace Bed goes through over 80,000 durability tests to be fabricated as a solid Ace Bed.

ROLLING TESTER The Rolling Tester assesses the overall quality of the mattress which is the most important part of a bed. An octagonal roller weighting 120kg rolls over a mattress over a hundred thousand times to examine the density and noise of the inner content as well as the assembly and density of the spring.

DAMPING TESTER Damping Tester: By falling 60kg weight on the mattress, it examines the tilt and durability of mattress.

FALLING TESTER Examines the strength of resilience and restoration of the mattress though applying momentary drop load on it.
